Display issue!

Hi guys, s23 ultra users please ignore 29th July 2026 one ui patch update, after update my display has got green line on screen immediately after update restart, I tried fix issue from samsung service centre and discussed with samsung customer care, they just refused the issue and advised me to display replacement with ₹19,800 of cost because of my mobile is above 3 years of purchase date.

If i get atleast 40-50% in exchange i could go for 25 or 26 ultra, i was so happy and proud with this device, still I dont want to switch to ios, but if I couldn't get any help from company i dont have any other option. Because you have set 3 years life time to your devices, if i spend again on samsung it will last only for 3 years.

After samsung feedback, did you go back to met them (samsung service center) and what happen

They are telling to pay the cost.

What do you think about our s23 ultra complete 3 years but when they complete 3 years phone shows a system update then install it and now we faced green line issue

There is nothing to think, updates are not always good.
