Galaxy SHello Samsung Community,
I'm experiencing the green line issue on my Galaxy S21 FE after the latest software update. The line appeared suddenly, and my device has been protected with a case since purchase, never dropped or exposed to water. When I contacted the authorised service centre, they refused support and denied the free screen replacement, citing minor colour removal from the body frame due to case use—not actual physical or accidental damage.
I find this unfair,
Many users online have faced similar problems of warranty denial for minor cosmetic flaws, and some have succeeded after escalating their complaints. I have tried restarting, safe mode, and cache partitioning, but the issue persists.

Galaxy SThere are no issues of moisture but the sticker is red so they are not responsible.
I hate this brand I've spent so much money in their watch and buds now I'm stuck with them too
