Hi Everybody,

I'm using a Samsung galaxy s21+ 5G phone, this happened twice with me. I was using my phone just like every other day,  abruptly the phone stopped showing the display. I thought the usage might be high and a restart can help here. I tried to restart it, but the phone is on. I could sense it because of the vibration and touch responses. when I visited the service center they confirmed the display is gone and for the first time it was under warranty and they replaced it. while collecting I noticed there were a couple of parts replaced along with the display screen (touch screen, battery, sealant) which is not necessary for a display issue. Samsung here needs to work on the hardware parts to make them independent. 7 months after this incident Phone have the same problem and now it's out of warranty I need to pay for the same all the parts where the issue with the display. I'm a little concerned here buying a Samsung phone makes life miserable as smartphones became the major asset for a person's daily life like banking, and communication everything was on a smartphone, and getting these kinds of issues will make you disconnected from the world.

thank you for the reply but i have a question here. why the display issue comes where there is no physical damage on the screen? i witnessed this incident when i'm using the phone .the display was gone abruptly and touch is working. and this is when i'm operating it. let us assume i fell down the phone which causes the phone losing display, but before display touch screen is there, and there is not even a scratch to that. how do you justify this? please admit that it's a pure hardware issue.  i went to the authorised service centre and make this issue done by replacing the part costing me AED 710. with the money i spent for this repair, i could buy another smart phone. i ask for the part that was replaced and it was clear that there is no scratch or damage on the screen. i demand a proper explanation if it's not justified refund the cost that spent.
