Samsung's Members app includes a powerful Diagnostics feature that allows you to assess the health and performance of your Galaxy device. This tool can test over 24 different components and functions, helping you identify and troubleshoot issues without needing to visit a service center.
🔧 How to Use Diagnostics in Samsung Members.
1. Open the Samsung Members App Ensure the app is installed on your device. If not, download it from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
2. Access the Diagnostics Feature Tap on the "Support" tab located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Run Diagnostic Tests Tap "View tests" or "Diagnostics". Select "Test all" to run a comprehensive check, or choose individual components like Battery, Camera, Wi-Fi, Touch Screen, etc. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete each test.
4. Review Results After the tests, the app will display the status of each component, indicating any issues detected. ---
🛠️ Submitting an Error Report If you encounter issues that persist after diagnostics:
1. Open Samsung Members App Navigate to the "Support" tab.
2. Submit Error Report Tap on "Error reports". Select the category that best describes your issue. Provide a detailed description, and attach screenshots or logs if necessary. Tap "Send" to submit the report. Samsung's support team will review your report and provide assistance accordingly.
