Display Issue

Yoo Guys, i bought S24 ultra on Jan 2025. Suddenly it has some touch issues even though i did not even drop my phone. Display is completely fine. Even my screen guard barely has a scratch. As you can see in the below picture, when i tried screen test, i find some dead pixels. S pen works completely fine in that places. Its just touch on hands does not work. First i thought screen protector is an issue. So i removed that. Still the issue is same 🥲

Man, I didnt even drop my phone. Its not my mistake. Its clearly a build quality issue. How can i accept this and spend my money 🥲

You should have checked this before the warranty got expired now to they will claim money for this

The phone completely worked fine before. Its just happened after the new update. Not sure if that update is the problem.

But you can get it checked once and ask the problem in service center may be they would be able to slove this problem in free or minute charges may be

The thing is they will charge me even though its clearly a build quality issue. How can i just accept that and pay for an display. I hope atleast they will give some discount
