Display Issue

Yoo Guys, i bought S24 ultra on Jan 2025. Suddenly it has some touch issues even though i did not even drop my phone. Display is completely fine. Even my screen guard barely has a scratch. As you can see in the below picture, when i tried screen test, i find some dead pixels. S pen works completely fine in that places. Its just touch on hands does not work. First i thought screen protector is an issue. So i removed that. Still the issue is same 🥲

I Know that, I remember oneplus gave free display replacement after the display has an green line issue after update. My problem is same. I did not break my phone. Even now my phone display looks same as new. Does not even have a scratch. If the problem is caused by new update or build quality issue then i hope samsung team would help me with that
