I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in March 2023 from Brothers Electronics, Basundhara Shoping Complex, Bangladesh. After about one year, the display developed a green screen issue. I went to a Samsung showroom to have the display replaced, but they kept delaying the process for almost two months. Eventually, following Brothers Electronics' advice, I had the display replaced at a shop in Bashundhara and paid 30,500 BDT.
Unfortunately, after another year, in April 2026, this replacement display started showing a green line on the left side, along with a few very faint green lines across the screen. Over the past week, the situation has become much worse. Now there are eight green lines on the right side, and almost every day a new green line appears.
I had to replace the display after just one year, spending 30,500 BDT, and now this replacement display has also failed after only a year.
What should I do now? It isn't possible to keep spending this much money every year.
Samsung devices seem to be having this issue quite frequently, yet I haven't seen the company take any meaningful steps to address it.
I am also facing the same problem. I have almost 20+ green, pink, and white lines on my S23 Ultra. Samsung is failing as a good mobile company. I think you should change the brand. Go for another reputable brand that has good value.
