Disappointed: Galaxy S25 Edge Excluded from One UI Beta Program

As aGalaxy S25 Edge owner, I feel genuinelyignored and disappointed.

We paidMore than 1L for apremium flagship device, yet theS25 Edge has been completely excluded from the One UI Beta program. Even worse, there isno clarity, no explanation, and no assurance about future beta inclusion.

This doesn’t feel right.

When customers invest this much in a flagship phone, they expectequal treatment, priority software support, and transparency—not silence. Edge users are not second-class customers. We chose the Edge variant trusting Samsung’s commitment to innovation and premium experience.

What hurts most is thelack of communication. A simple, honest update from Samsung about:

• Why S25 Edge is missing from the beta
• Whether it will be included in upcoming phases

would at least show respect to loyal users.

Right now, it feels likepremium pricing without premium support.

Samsung, please listen to your Edge users.Acknowledge us. Give us clarity. Treat us fairly.

We deserve better.

I Agree. I switched from S24U to Edge and dont regret it. Only thing I still miss is the Zoom. But the treatment from samsung is patetic.

Man that wasn't an upgrade. The camera setup was way better in s24U. Regards enjoy the edge as you decided to keep it.

But this is not fair decision to not include S25 Edge flagship device in Beta Phase.Learn from Apple Samsung who treat their all models equally by rolling out updates for all devices.And neglecting this Flagship series from latest beta Test downs the moral of S Series Fans who like to keep innovative unique gadgets from Samsung.As a diehard fan of S Series from S3 time its very heartbreaking for me.

I stand with you on this matter Samsung must treat their devices with equal respect to include flagship devices in Beta upgrade.What if their main rollout has bugs when they will actually roll on 8.5 for S25 Edge.This is marvelous device but Samsung is ditching their own Masterpiece by not giving Beta 8.5 upgrade for S25 Edge.They dont have faith on their innovation.I strongly condemn this action and ask Samsung to respect S25 Edge users who choose to support their new innovation.
