Diagnostics shows batery life as low even after replacement

Samsung members app test shows that my Samsung s20 battery needs replacement even after i got it replaced two days ago. Samsung service center, Udupi, India guys said if i format the device once it should be fine. So i did that. Yet there is no use. Did samsung service center cheat me??

You Samsung people didn't resolve it after a year... Shame on you... I have the same problem after a new battery replacement

I came to service center and they ran a diagnosis in their computer... It shows that the health is good. I think its a software issue. Still can't get the good feeling about the new battery
