Diagnostics shows batery life as low even after replacement

Samsung members app test shows that my Samsung s20 battery needs replacement even after i got it replaced two days ago. Samsung service center, Udupi, India guys said if i format the device once it should be fine. So i did that. Yet there is no use. Did samsung service center cheat me??

I am facing the same issue today I changed my Samsung Galaxy s10 bettry and still its showing weak battery
Can you please help me what to do now if I do software update also through service center and its not resolved then what to do??
