My 8 months old samsung galaxy s8 shut down without any reason. When this happens battery is above 50%. It didn't booting up even power key was not working. I even tried pressing volume down key,BIXBY button and power button together but nothing happens.
I paid 50k for this smartphone This is disgusting.
Then I use charger, After some time it shows charging and battery is still showing above 50% I think this is not battery problem? Can anyone tell what the problem is this?
And also device is heating like a hell. When device is new there is not heating problem at all even after playing games for hours But after official oreo update s8 is heating too much.
