I am extremely disappointed with the service experience from Samsung.
I submitted my phone for repair on December 26th. I was initially informed that I would receive my device by January 31st. However, that commitment was not honored.
A few days later, I received another call stating that the earlier delivery timeline was incorrect and that I would need to wait an additional 7 working days. Today marks the 7th working day, and I still have not received my phone — nor have I received any proper update.
It has now been more than 50 days since I handed over my device.
Repeated follow-ups have resulted in nothing but shifting timelines and unfulfilled promises. This prolonged delay, along with inconsistent communication, is causing serious inconvenience and mental stress.
I request Samsung to:
Immediately provide a clear and honest status update.
Confirm the exact delivery date without further delays.
Escalate this matter to the appropriate authority.
At this point, the experience feels like unnecessary harassment due to lack of accountability.
Samsung team, please contact me at the earliest and resolve this issue urgently.
