Delay in update of one ui 7 in india why ?

I wanna get rid of sumsung now as we are the mass users of samsung's products in india. But look how they treat us with the **bleep** up polices of update no douth it will never able to campite with apple phones

The thing is right now regions have started getting update first South Korea , then today Europe and few countries, for india it can come from today to next week anytime for certain devices. Like s24 series and some devices around April 14 , s23 series and some devices around April 18th !!
