It will ask you the first time you connect debugging for permission. You or someone else might have accidentally denied it and now it might not be asking you again. I dont have much knowledge about this so you may further google this issue. Maybe try turning it off and on 😛 No, seriously... Or secondly your drivers might not have been installed properly. For this, connect your phone and one by one put it in all the modes available, like MTP, Camera, media, charging and whatever and let the drivers install. Else remove your phone from devices and printers and perform this again. good luck. btw are you developing apps?
