I'm currently using two sim cards on galaxy s20 fe 5g with sim 1 its jio and sim 2 airtel i use internet with sim 1 and all banking stuff and calls and other documents are registered with sim 2 when ever i am using internet if a call arrives to sim 2 the sim 1 internet just turns off and i tried searching any methods to fix this but no samasung s20 fe 5g doesnt have the option of use data while on call (or) data on seconday sim need help to fix this

Bro all the above phones had that option 2 months ago. No any phone has that option now.i already told the reason many times of this as samsung disabled the band selection with latest software update
dont be so rude here bro.
We All are here to raise n solve problems from our end. We are not samsung officials

Rude ah u should have said this before bro and i have tried to resolve it many times but they just said we will talk to the issue to higher officer but no they wont i am fed up with this ok if u want u can keep trying texting them i cant i have already tried it 5 times

I can still give you solution is that to rollback to andriod 11 or some one ui version below march22 security patch via samsung smart switch pc suit app as you also have pc right.
You can use band selection app then

Don't know if you can downgrade to below march 22.dont have idea if samsung had that option. I mean i am not sure i am 50 50. but surely you can downgrade to the android 11

Plz use lte only on sim1 and auto on sim 2 on which you use internet, like this way I can use internet even on call on any of two sim.
