After the update I had factory reset the device and I found it as a hassle to store data again in same manner as before so not doing that and cache partition I did but didn't helped me.

One of the main culprits of various glitches in Samsung's major updates are downloading them on mobile data rather on a stable wifi connection with good speed. This most of the time when ever connection is interrupted some package files are not properly downloaded and when same thing gets installed without checking various issues pop up.
If you have knowledge about flashing OS from PC then go to sammobile.com look for your device model and download update package from there to flash using Odin. That should solve the issue, again for this method also download via a stable wifi connection. Visiting service center will also solve your issue but the download they will wipe the device memory completely.
