Galaxy S
I am having a major problem with my Galaxy S7 running the latest software update.
All of a sudden all the contacts in my Google account got wiped out for no reason, when they synced with my phone. Luckily I had a lot of the contacts saved in SIM cards so I copied them over and synced to Google.
now I was offline for a bit and added a few new contacts. when I reconnected to the internet and it synced, 80% of the contacts disappeared again!! This time around I don't even have SIM card backups so I'm really pissed as to why this is happening - this was never a problem in my older phone!
what should I do?

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
