I'm seeing a lot of people getting screen issues with recent security patch update for s23 U. I've been ignoring the update since 4 days. Will it be good idea to update or wait for stable one.

Do not update. Forum is full of pink/green line issue posts on S23 after updating to July patch.

I'm thinking of updating directly to OneUI8 next whenever that releases.

My Galaxy S23 suddenly developed these vertical lines on the display. after this security patch update.
No drop, no water, no damage — and warranty just expired.
This is a flagship phone, how can the display fail like this in just over a year?
