Concern about Screen Replacement for green line issue

Hello Guys! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G mobile. 2 days ago, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 14000.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S21 FE model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even S21 FE users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S21 FE model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

I visited the nearest service center (Gudivada, Andhrapredesh) and got shocking response . Samsung not providing any free display replacement for galaxy s21 fe

Bro once file complaint to the respective authority through nearest service centre. Hope they might take an action if more no. Of complaints being registered

Bro they aren't willing to resolve it seems. They're giving different reasons by saying about guidelines and all **bleep**. Still, they said they'll connect to the main team by tomorrow
