I am a Samsung S23 user. Today, while scrolling through Instagram Reels, my S23 completely froze. It wouldn't even power off and didn't respond. After several tries, I was able to switch it off and on.

I think Samsung wants me to never purchase its devices again, as I paid a hefty amount of rupees for this device, and now it completely freezes while scrolling through Reels; I wasn't even playing any **bleep** game. Is there any solution available, or is this normal?

Same is happening with me everytime, no games nothing, just personal use, and samsung disappointed me for the first time only when I bought it's first phone
