My phone is s23ultra brought from dubai. S23 ultra is 5G compatible device. But My phone didn't get 5G even if iam standing 5G covered area.I know it's not a device complaint, the problem is the country that I brought this phone from.The thing that I want to know is when will this problem could be solved?
And when will be the next updating ? Please try to solve the 5G problem as soon as possible.
Vi as far as I know don't have 5G. Airtel should work fine, if it doesn't work try installing Indian Firmware from Sammobile and flash it with atmost care, as it may void warranty and service center may deny service if something is wrong.

Hi, I have a Flip 4, bought in the US. It has all the bands used by Jio. But, it still doesn't connect to Jio 5G. Whereas the second sim - Airtel - connects to 5G. I spoke to all - Jio, Samsung India, Samsung US repeatedly. No luck. My guess is, MyJio app, which checks compatibility, throws out non-India IMEI numbers. This is where Samsung India should step in and negotiate with with Jio. They donot. I feel Samsung washes it's hands after selling the phone. Rest is your headache! In view of these problems, I wanted to exchange the phone and buy Flip 5. I was SHOCKED to see that Samsung Shop App doesn't accept Samsung phones bought outside India (IMEI check).
