Complaint to CEO of Samsung Gulf

Dear Mr. CEO, 

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the delayed One UI 6.0 update for my Samsung S22 ultra device. 

As a loyal customer of Samsung, I have come to expect timely and efficient software updates to keep my device up to date with the latest features and security patches. It has been several weeks since the update was released to the same device in other countries, and I feel frustrated and let down by the lack of communication and transparency regarding the reason of delay. I rely on my device for both personal and professional use, and the outdated software is causing inconvenience and potential security risks.

 I believe Samsung should prioritize the timely delivery of updates to its customers in the Gulf countries as they priortized other countries. I hope that you can understand the importance of this matter and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I urge you to address this issue and provide a clear timeline for when the update will be released. 

Additionally, I would appreciate better communication and transparency in the future regarding software updates. I value my relationship with Samsung and I hope that you will take my concerns seriously. I trust that you will do everything in your power to ensure that this issue is resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Although Samsung released the update for the same device (SM-S908E/DS) on 20-11-2023 in other countries, they announced that it would be in December for the Gulf countries !!!!! 


I wish that Samsung Gulf can clarify the reason for the delay, especially that the update is already available for other countries. 

When Apple releases an update, they provide it for all devices all over the world on the same day.
