Galaxy SI wish that Samsung Gulf can clarify the reason for the delay, especially that the update is already available for other countries.
When Apple releases an update, they provide it for all devices all over the world on the same day.

Galaxy SDear Samsung Gulf CEO,
I am reaching out as a long-time and loyal Samsung customer for over 12 years. I have always trusted Samsung products for their innovation and reliability, but I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience.
I purchased my Samsung Fold 4 in May 2024, and after a software update last week, all the sensors on my phone suddenly stopped working. Soon after, a green line appeared on the screen. This is very concerning for a flagship device that is barely 1.5 years old.
I have always chosen Samsung over other brands, but this issue has shaken my confidence. I kindly request your intervention to ensure this matter is handled properly — whether through a repair or replacement — as this clearly should not happen with a premium device within such a short period.
I would greatly appreciate your personal attention and support in resolving this matter quickly.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mostafa
