Bought a S24 Ultra from Samsung Gulf website with opting for giving my S22 Ultra in exchange. Was told that it'll be picked up within 7 days after my new phone is delivered. Been over 2 months, and even after having raised the complaint 3 times with Samsung Customer Care, I've had no resolution. Any suggestions on this ?
I upgraded keeping in mind the exchange amount.

Samsung's contractor for the swap is terrible. I was contacted four months later, despite filing a complaint with Samsung. The other company was unresponsive and unhelpful, even after I contacted them. I will communicate this to Samsung as well. This communication is coming after four months. 😂
