Choppy Video Playback on Streaming/ Frame rate drop

Video playback on S24 is choppy as if frames are being dropped, Even on wifi.
Tested o offline files, n Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes, i noticed, seems s24 ultra display not sharp as previous devices,,,sometimes same like glich on some part of the video

Yes, Samsung has acknowledged the vivid issue and is working on a fix, infact already released in S.Korea, but I don't see the video issue being mentioned or addressed

Video Playback is choppy on S23 too. This is an absolutely horrendous experience that I haven't had on any phone ever. If you touch the screen the playback goes back to normal. I am assuming it is something to do with the adaptive refresh rate feature being buggy.

Yes, it is over optimization, basically when any object or character is standing still and suddenly starts moving, the first 1 sec or more of the movement will be jarry and choppy as framerate for the scene is not able to match what is required
