Issue - Choppy FPS Lag On UI Experience when Youtube PIP Videos are played. 

This is really painful, Seems an FPS drops to 15 or 10 when your try to play Youtube Videos in PIP and try using device on Homescreen or System Apps. 

Software- Andriod 11 OneUI 3.0 Stable 4th Dec 

Build Date. 

Device - S10 Lite.

 Kindly have this issue fixed.
