Bad experience from new Samsung galaxy S22 ultra

I recently purchased new galaxy S22 ultra phone from a nearby offline store in March 24.After 2 days of usage, I noticed quality issues with video footages captured.The outdoor videos looked oversharpened , colors distorted and nothing good when compared with my previous S20 plus phone.Also I noticed distinct quality issues when playing HDR video in Youtube.I played a sample 4k HDR video footage from youtube and compared with my older phone and immediately noticed the video is crisper more detailed and brighter in 2 year old S20 plus.I went to service center and showed the issues.The service center guy had Note 10plus phone and he also compared with the same video from youtube.The Note 10 plus phone displays better quality both in brightness and details.He taken video footage of the same and send to Samsung officials for confirmation.He replied me that the officials told him to compare with another S22 ultra phone for better checking.But the problem is service center guy told me they don't have any S22 ultra phone to compare with.I called Samsung customer care executive and told the matter and arranged a conference call with the service center person.The customer care executive has asked service center executive to get a phone from sales team in Trivandrum district.The customer care executive told me since it was compared with Note 10 plus she told the comparison would be inappropriate as Note series phones are superior (compared with S22 ultra ) so she insisted it should be compared only with another S22 ultra.Later the service center guy called me and told he is not getting any Demo phones from sales team to compare with so he forwarded the issue by comparing with Note 10 plus phone.Today I called customer care executive again and told this is response from service center and another conference call was arranged.This time service center person told he informed higher authorities to get a phone to compare against.Still my problem is unresolved and I have two questions to ask for Samsung India. 

1. If they found the phone display quality inferior compared with 2 - 3 year old phones then why wouldn't they accept the fact that my S22 ultra is faulty.Even if they compare with another S22 ultra and found the video quality same does that mean the new top of the line phone display is inferior to their previous models

2. Why is it taking this much time to get a demo phone to compare with in a city like Trivandrum in India.Samsung seriously, pathetic services.I have been a previous owner of Samsung flagship phones from S5, S8 and S20 plus so I know what the quality of those phones. I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PHONE AND THE SERVICE

Ya this s22 series needs good optimization Samsung thought just by giving snapdragon variant in india they give compitition to Apple they forgot Apple is not famous for his premium status symbol but also for the ios optimization

If I invest such amount of money in a phone then would buy an iPhone instead of android investing 1lack INR in I literally go for ios device

I see that the YouTube app instantly gets a warmer tone when i click on this video link, and returns to being normal when i go to other videos.

So i downloaded this video in 4k and played it locally in my phones. The panel on the S22 Ultra has a noticeably warmer tone compared to my other phone. This despite my display being configured with coldest settings under white balance and screen mode set to vivid.

The video is crisp and nice on both my phones, although the colour pops up a bit more with better contrasts in some frames on my other phone, which has a noticeably cooler colour tone.

Honestly, i don't find anything wrong with either of them. They both look great. I guess with warmer tones, the colour and everything looks more natural, and that's why the panels on the premium phones (including iPhones) tend to have a warmer tone.

It's not about the warmer tone it's the details and color that is missing.In some of the scenes the sky details, the grass everything look crisper and detailed on Note 10 plus than S22ultra.I also is not a fan of Cool tones.I own an LG CX and put settings in expert bright room and use warm1.
