Chinese notifications

Anyone has any idea about the notifications in Chinese?

It is a new s24 ultra device without sync up with old device.

Without knowing it properly by investigation we can't come to conclusion

What should I do with factory reset phone?😅 is it default?

No! Try chrome settings as I checked it's not an app hence it has to be from the chrome browser

Chrome reset to default because of factory reset...and not logged in with any account... after logging in... all settings was set to English India only.. still getting the same notifications in Chinese
