Galaxy Ssoftware and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Software update.
2. Tap on Download and install.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Here are some steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Remove Moisture: Unplug your device from the charger. Wipe the USB port with a dry cloth or gently shake your device (5-10 times) with the port facing downwards to release any excess moisture. Place your phone on a cloth in a well-ventilated area or use a fan to aid in drying.
2. Clear USB Cache:
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Tap the Filter and sort icon and enable Show system apps.
- Scroll to USB Settings and tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache at the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Try Another Cable: Test charging with a different cable, as moisture may be present in your current cable, triggering the error. Additionally, ensure you're charging in a drier environment, away from high condensation areas.
4. Use Wireless Charging: If the issue persists, try using a wireless charger if your device supports it.
If, after following these steps, you continue to face the Moisture, or cannot charge your device, please visit your nearest Samsung Service Center for further assistance.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
