Galaxy SThis has nothing to do with your phone, it's a faulty sensor by samsung. I am facing the same issue and I am 100% sure no moisture/foreign particle is present in my charging port. This issue pops up randomly. I am able to charge sometimes, sometimes it doesn't work.
Google it and you'll find so many users complaining of this issue. Samsung needs to take responsibility of this and sort it for us.
