When I bought my S7 edge from Samsung E-Store, I have received OS binary with country code INU instead of INS. This has resulted in no upgrades to Nougat or Oreo, I am still stuck in Marshmallow.
Is it possible to get this fixed in Samsung service centers?
Can I get upgrades to Nougat or Oreo?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre so service engineer will examine your device . Please find service centre details in the link provided http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation/

if you have bought from E-store in India and if it's in warranty ,you have to visit official service centre and ask them to install the right firmware. Or else goto XDA developers and check out the procedure to change country code . You will be able to get all the details with links to download the firmware
