 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S10+, 512 GB mobile phone from one of showroom in South Korea during my tour. Now I am in Bangladesh and using it in here. But there are a lot of problems liked.... 1. There is no option of direct video calling in phone call 2. Pre-installed weather app does not work, always provides a message ' This service is available in South Korea'. 3. English and Korean Languages are installed by default, Korean language does not delete. 4. No option of changing keyboard, always showing the Samsung Keyboard. 5. Samsung Members apps in Korean language, very few in English. 6. I am using a Grameenphone Operator's SIM card, but there is no operator's name. Always showing 47001 code 7. In Phone INFO app, the CSC (Country Specific Code) and others Codes are Korean. (Screenshot attached herewith) Thumbnail So, what are the problems and what are the solutions for me.
My running mobile phone is s9+ and working very well.

did you buy a unlocked smartphone for all carriers?

International phones have some preinstalled carrier applications,which block several features of phone,while using it in different country.Also,it affects your general warranty..
