I have placed my pre-order in the following way of getting more discount on Samsung.com/ae

(i) downloaded samsung shop app to get extra 200 AED OFF on 1st order
(ii) Have used the following discount code "19543298" to get extra discount of 220 AED off

Have also utilised their Trade-in offer 500 AED off on giving my old a73

Total discount of around 1000 AED applied on my pre-order

Confirms it is not possible to apply or make any changes to order as per samsung online.

You can cancel the order and order again

a promo code can be for the first 1000 oreder, so there no benefit for cancel. They reach the numbers.

There are other promo code aside from first 1000, but samsung online support said, need to cancel the order and process again, i rush to buy the new AI, they should have provided the other promo code sooner as wel, i believed samsung can reconsider it by automatically update my 1yr care plus to 2yr, since my phone will only arrive on 13th Feb (tentatively)

No the only way is to cancel the order and place a new order with the 2 year Samsung care promo code
Once ordered the only change you can do is to change the delivery address, apart from this no amendment can be done
