Galaxy SToday is February 18, 2025, and I am using a Galaxy S24 Ultra (UAE version). The above screenshot shows how poorly Samsung is supporting its latest flagship customers, who paid significant prices for these smartphones. These phones are still running Android 14, while the rest of the world enjoys Android 15 and is on the verge of receiving the Android 16 beta. There are still no updates regarding One UI 7, not even a beta program.
Samsung, once a leader in timely updates, should be ashamed of its current update cycle.
It is disheartening that our money has been spent on what seems to be a poor update strategy from Samsung.

I will not purchase Samsung products in the future and do not recommend them to others.

Samsung has never been a leader in software updates. It was recently becoming one since 2 years ago, but now it went worse than previously.
