Hi team,

I was trying to set custom tone for my apps installed in my s24 ultra but there is no options to set the same please help me on this issue ASAP

But I need to change the notification tone this has individual tone category off

That's precisely what this setting does. Disable it and you'll have individual settings back.

@shahab if I want a play a different notification tone for different apps its not possible

Once you enable the setting mentioned in the thread I linked, you get Notifications categories option. Clicking which you'll get the screen where you can set different notification sound / setting for each channel by clicking on it .1706271871751.jpg1706271871774.jpg1706271871799.jpg

Same issue is there with every s24 ultra phone

Also the hdr content watching issue is there its get too dark in dark places evem if netflix or hotstar controls its brightness really frustrated

Setting > Notification > App notification > Allow Notification > Allow sound and vibration > Sound.

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
