you can only if the rev number are same and not with built in recovery, u need odin flash tool..but its risky to downgrade

No you can't downgrade to previous update once you upgraded to latest update (samsung clearly mentioned that warning before you update latest version). Don't trust third party websites that claimed downgrade to previous update, it's risky for your smartphone.
