How to clear the camera lens glass or else have to change the back panel..

Use little as it can damage in high amount

Yes.. sanitizer or thinner.. but in small quantity, as it can affect the glass coating & Wipe it off with microfiber.

Used microfibre cloth and a lens cleaner liquid

Just clean it with a dry cloth that is used for cleaning spectacles.
