Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Camera Issue – Request for Immediate Resolution

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the persistent camera issue with my Samsung device. Despite waiting for software updates and multiple attempts to resolve the problem, the issue has not been fixed.

I need to know how much time it will take for you to repair this issue. If you are unable to resolve it, I request a replacement device immediately. Otherwise, I will be left with no choice but to take legal action against the company for failing to provide a working product.

I expect a clear and proper response within 3 days from the date of this email. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution in this timeframe, I will proceed with legal steps.

Please treat this as urgent and provide me with a timeline for resolution.

I got this same issue on my S23 once, but it hasn't come again then. I was clicking pics of a kitten and it's mom and suddenly it happened.

Mera update karne se karab ho jaa rha bhai ek baar or karab hua tha update Kiya thek hogya uske baad maine jo monthly update aaya hai usko kiya phir se karab ho gya camera

This is a public forum hence might not get apt response from Samsung customer care. Try reaching them via customer care number or email. Did you try reseting the camera app and a factory reset? Also try installing a 3rd party camera app to check if camera is working
