Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the persistent camera issue on my Samsung S22 Ultra. After the recent software update, my camera has stopped functioning properly. Despite receiving another update recently, the problem remains unresolved.
I have reported this issue multiple times, but the resolution process seems very slow and unclear. As a customer who trusted Samsung for its quality and reliability, I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
Could you please explain why the process of fixing such a critical issue is taking so long? I request a permanent solution at the earliest, as this is affecting my trust in the brand.
