Camera issue

Dear samsung, 

I am facing issue during the google chrome online camera is blur and it is not able to focus with my s21 5g handset 

Dear samsung 

This is the online account opening link of axis bank and this is only work in chrome browser.

When i am trying to process video calling kyc then my s21 5g camera is blur and not focused 

I am sincerely requesting to you kindly attention on this issue and same thing is other brand chrome browser camera is working fine.

If you want to know the actual issue than kindly process with the same handset and other handset you will find the difference

Having a similar issue when I use the video calling feature in the phone app. The app cannot focus the front camera and the video is blurred

Same issue today my vkyc process failed and reject my application due to samsung worst mechanism.

Also sometime flash light not worked we have to restart phone for reworking.....
