Camera issue

Hi all, 

I recently bought this S24 ultra.

And the photo quality is surprisingly disappointing.

When i switch to video mode there is drastic improvement in quality.

The device is currently at oneui 6.1

I've uploaded a video regarding the issue.

If anyone knew how to rectify it pls let me know. Or is it a device problem.

Just file an error report through samsung members app. It is a known issue, and Samsung will push an software update regarding the same.
