Dear samsung team,
I am facing issue with samsung s21 5g chrome browser online camera blur issue.

Dear samsung mobile,
Kindly improve the chrome browser online camera issue
Actually i am opening a online account with axis bank with the given link and during the the time of online video kyc process camera is blur and not focused well and same process with other brand phone its working good. 

For the checking of issue for the same i am given to you account opeing process link and this is work only with Google chrome browser recommend by AXIS BANK

Mate most of websites for eKYC doesn't support mozilla, they ask to copy the site to chrome

Same issue with all the samsung phones, i borrow phone from my staff to complete any KYC . . Big headache with samsung phones

1: Check the physical condition of your camera lens. if the camera lens is broken or scratchy then please visit the nearest service centre.

2: Check camera lens cleaning: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera. Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

3: Reset camera settings: Camera >> Settings >> Reset Settings >> Tap on Reset

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Whosoever is facing the camera blur issue while performing video Kyc in Samsung devices try using Mozilla Firefox browser as it uses a different engine. The camera quality is very clear same as it's in your Samsung device. Try and Thank me later.
POV : It works with my Samsung M52 device.

Hey Everyone!

I had the same problem with my S22+.

Solution: Download the Opera browser, it will offer you the option to choose which camera to use. Choose the front one. (The cameras on the back don't work properly).

I was facing the same issue but I switched to my front camera and it focussed perfectly. Even while using chrome, if you switch to front camera, it will work perfectly.

P.S. : 2 bank's kyc agents confirmed that people with Samsung phones are facing this issue every time.
