I purchased the Samsung S23 Ultra, your flagship product, with the expectation of receiving the highest quality experience. However, after installing the recent May security patch update, I have encountered significant issues with the camera quality and battery life of my device.
The camera quality has noticeably degraded, resulting in subpar photos and videos. Additionally, the battery life has become concerningly short, impacting my ability to use the device for extended periods.
I have already attempted to resolve these issues by formatting the device, but unfortunately, this did not yield any positive results.
I kindly request that Samsung promptly address these concerns and release an update to rectify the camera quality and battery life issues. Please refrain from suggesting generic solutions such as formatting the device, as I have already taken this step without success.
