Camera Problem Automatically

Yesterday, I was helping my daughter with her schoolwork when I needed to take a photo of her book. I have two phones: an iPhone 16 Pro Max and a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. My iPhone is my primary phone, so I use the Samsung phone very rarely.

My Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is the 512 GB variant, and I mostly use it for social media and casual browsing. However, yesterday, when I opened the rear camera to take a photo of the book, the camera suddenly started vibrating very badly as soon as it opened, and the camera view became blurry.

I have rarely used the camera on my Samsung phone. The phone is around eight months old, and I have probably taken only about 20 photos with it so far.

I became aware of this problem only yesterday. I noticed that when I place the phone down and open the rear camera, the camera starts vibrating severely and the image becomes blurry.

Samsung must replace our device. I searched on Google and found that its software glitch.

Yes bro when we went to service centre they say for more details contact customer care. If i contact customer they say the final thing will be told by service centre. And that will be like loop

This is the first time I have purchased a Samsung phone, and experiences like this are exactly why I usually avoid the Samsung brand.

Do you keep your phone mounted on a holder on a bike or in a car? The OIS-based sensor is damaged, and it definitely is not a software issue.

I have never used a mobile holder on a bike or in a car, and I have never dropped my phone. I always handle and use my phone very carefully. I am aware that mounting a phone on a bike or car holder can potentially damage the camera due to vibrations.

That is very weird. The OIS sensor does not randomly just die like this. Visit a service center and ask for an explanation. Tell them that the phone was never mounted on a vehicle or used in rough conditions. I am curious to know what caused this.

That is a known hardware defect on the S25U lens, unfortunately, you have to pay for it or claim the warranty. Scamsung's hardware quality is worse these days.
