Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to formally complain about multiple critical issues on my **Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Model: SM-S918B)** after updating to **One UI 7.0**. The update has severely degraded my device’s performance, camera quality, and 10x lens image and video stabilization issue making it nearly unusable for my needs

Boycott samsung
They are using a strategy like a Trojan horse to favor new feature updates in its OneUI software updates. They are ruining camera video quality, hiding it behind the highlights of new features in the every OneUI update

1.Camera Lens & Image Quality Degradation
- Two permanent white dots now appear on the 1x lens
- Image processing is severely downgraded
 - Dull colors, low vibrancy, and reduced contrast less sharpness and blury ans grainy images compared to One UI 5.1 and 6.1
2.Pro Mode issues:
 - RAW files are excessively noisy.
 - JPEG files appear hazy with inaccurate colors.
- The 1x lens malfunctioned (shattered) after the update, suggesting possible software-induced hardware stress.
-Portrait mode has inaccurate image quality like oil painting with full of grains on Portrait camera photo fully fuzziness noisy images
- Video mode has frame drop issue with stabilization issue very shaky video has been noticed after one ui update
People need to know samsung playing with our trust & grabbing our money by using planned obsolescence they ruined downgrade S23 and S21 series camera quality with grainy noisy less contrasty & less vibrancy & video mode has framedrop stability worst

3. Suspected Planned Obsolescence
- The intentional downgrade of camera quality (which was flawless in **One UI 5.1) feels like forced obsolescence to push users toward newer models.
- For a ₹1,35,000INR flagship device, this is unacceptable. My phone now performs worse than a ₹15,000INR budget device in camera output.

Demands & Resolution Request
1. Immediate bug-fix update addressing:
 - Camera processing (revert to One UI 6.1 algorithms).
2. Hardware inspection & repair/replacement for the faulty 1x lens
3. Transparency on whether Samsung deliberately reduced camera performance.

I did everything I know—the very technical process of clearing caches, force-stopping, and all that—but it didn't work. I need a resolution. What is the reason Samsung intentionally degraded older devices to market new ones? This is the main reason. Tell your upper management and developer teams not to do this to loyal customers. I'm done with Samsung because I clearly noticed what Samsung did with the S21 Ultra camera quality. I have all the evidence, and this is planned obsolescence. You downgraded the device after one or two years, even though the camera lens has a 15-year lifespan, the motherboard 10 years, and the processor 20 years. You ruined it by saying the old process can't handle newer software. Then why are you giving such major software updates? This Trojan horse strategy ruined and degraded the camera and other performance by adding new features and updates. This is very cheap, and I am done. My revenge starts now: I will depromote Samsung by telling the truth about what they did to their customers and their devices. Every flagship device only lasts one or two years. Why do we pay so much for short-term usage?

I already raised a complaint and sent a feedback query with log files. However, I have received no response other than the same automated message: "Wait until our team contacts you." Lab labb1746972992421.jpg

Bro, I'm really worried about my S23. It is expensive for me and seeing the camera quality after update I'm really worried.
