Caller id and spam protection

Caller id and spam protection option is greyed out..and I can't turn it on or off🤔🤔

I know,you are talking about default one just telling in case if you are using any 3rd party app then please uninstall it and try again
Or
Once perform reset apps preferences
Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences

Note:this will change setting preferences of all apps..
