Caller echo problem

I'm using s20 fe 5g and samsung type c to 3.5mm(samsung original). The caller hear his own voice while I'm using earphones but the problem isn't there when talking without earphones..i mean talking in inbuilt mobile mic... is this coz of my earphones or is there any related cause or problems? Please help me

You have already mentioned this issue with a different thread, I believe it's better you take it to service center as you don't seem to be satisfied with the answers provided by different S20 FE 5G users
