Hi all,

I updated my S23 to the latest update a few days ago.

I just noticed that the Caller ID & Spam Protection feature doesn't detect the name of the caller. Instead, it says, "No name available."

One of my friends also complained about the same problem. Is this a bug? Is therz a fix available or should I wait for the next update?

Thanks,
Goqul

Don't afraid

It is just a issue from the end, it will fix soon.

It only shows when you get call from unknown number which cannot identify by Hiya.

*Hiya service used by samsung to identify spam numbers.
