Call background issue in one ui 7 s23

Hello Samsung Team,

After the recent One UI update on my Galaxy S23, the Call Background feature is not working properly. Even after setting an image or video, it only shows a plain blue/blurred background instead of the selected one. I have tried restarting, clearing cache/data, updating apps, and re-selecting backgrounds, but the issue still remains.

I also noticed that many other S23 users are reporting the same problem, so it seems to be a software bug introduced in the update. Please look into this issue and let us know if a fix or patch is planned, as this feature was working fine before.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
