Hi ,

How can I enable calls to appear over other apps?

As for now if someone calls and I pick up the call application appears in full screen.

Go to call settings > call display while using app.
And select whatever you want.

Go to the Phone app > Settings > Call display while using apps > choose either "Pop-up" or "Mini pop-up". You can then find a "Keep calls in pop-up" toggle.
