Can I change csc from UAE region to Indian region using SamFw tool?

Is using this tool safe?

Is is possible and work without any software issue like os update, security patch etc ?

There is always a risk of bricking the device. Also if it needs unlocking the bootloader, it will trip the knox forever and you wont be able to use samsung pay and that would also void the warranty.

It's safe... Anyway warranty is not your concern since that exists in UAE only. Go ahead and change it.
